A MENU WITH FOOD FOR THE SOUL
SUMMARY
First Republic Bank was founded on the belief that a truly differentiated culture, devoted to exceptional client service, would result in a successful banking service. An updated digital application was necessary to better serve their customers. Speakerhead was the solution.
APPROACH
The approach was simple. Create an app and a launch that declared First Republic Bank as a progressive organization in the 21st century banking industry.
UI / UX
First, we downloaded First Republic’s app ,and explored its functionality. In phase two, we identified First Republic customers' pain points in relation to their app usage. With this information, we were able to create a fully interactive tutorial that guides users through the application and addresses their concerns before and after their downloads. This gives First Republic’s customers easy access to Q & A’s rather than using other modes of customer service.
